Welcome to The Zelda Project
The Zelda Project is a Los Angeles, CA based group of fans who seek to bring to life the characters, settings, and overall feel of Ocarina of Time through photography and film.
A labor of love, this project combines all aspects of art from costuming & photography to CGI visual effects. Our end goal is that we hope those of you who view our work are brought a little bit more into the world of Hyrule through our art.

We've had many of you inquiring about the making of the Master Sword & the Hylian Shield. To answer some of your questions, we've provided a small behind the scenes on the making of the Hylian Shied, unfortunately Mr. Granofsky constructed the Master Sword out of state so we could not film his process for that prop. In this video he shows off his skill and experience as he brings the shield to life. The entire process consumed 50 hours over the course of 2-3 weeks for the original. A second more lighter shield was cast from a mold of the original shield which took an additional 10 hours and then another 15 hours to sand & paint.
"Thank you for your continued support!"
