Welcome to The Zelda Project

The Zelda Project is a Los Angeles, CA based group of fans who seek to bring to life the characters, settings, and overall feel of Ocarina of Time through photography and film.

A labor of love, this project combines all aspects of art from costuming & photography to CGI visual effects.  Our end goal is that we hope those of you who view our work are brought a little bit more into the world of Hyrule through our art.

Twilight Princess Zelda Armor How-To!

Happy Valentines Day everyone! Many cosplayers have difficulty making the costume of Princess Zelda, because of how expensive the armor can be, or how daunting and difficult it may seem.  Recently, Joellen Elam (TZP Make-Up Artist as well as model for Princess Zelda) put together a tutorial online for an inexpensive solution for cosplayers wanting to make Princess Zelda's armor from Twilight Princess.  You can download her patterns for a small fee, and then with minimal supplies from your local craft store, you can have beautiful shoulder pauldrons, a crown, and other accessories in no time--hand made by you!  Have a look at the tutorial and get your crafty on!  When you are finished, send in your pictures to us so that we can share the Zelda love!
