Welcome to The Zelda Project

The Zelda Project is a Los Angeles, CA based group of fans who seek to bring to life the characters, settings, and overall feel of Ocarina of Time through photography and film.

A labor of love, this project combines all aspects of art from costuming & photography to CGI visual effects.  Our end goal is that we hope those of you who view our work are brought a little bit more into the world of Hyrule through our art.

Contributor Update and Lon Lon Ranch

Happy Friday Zelda Fans!

It's been a while since we have updated.  If you follow us on our Facebook page, we post small updates roughly once a week over there.  Not all of our updates on Facebook are always related to the project, but we do maintain an active presence and enjoy all of your feedback!  That being said, we have updated the list of people who have contributed to the project over on our donations page. We just wanted to give you guys a huge ENORMOUS thank you! Without your help we surely would have had to wrap this project.  When we began working on it, we had no idea how much it would cost to achieve what we wanted.  We still struggle now, but hopefully that will be coming to an end soon!

Lon Lon Ranch/Hyrule Field Update:

A few weeks ago, we had hinted that you all would finally be past the long wait for more photos.  Without further delay, we'd like to announce that we are finally beginning the release of our Lon Lon Ranch photos! We will begin with our first photo on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.  Sometime this weekend, we'll have a short little BTS montage of the Lon Lon Ranch shoot as a sort of teaser.  Be watching on Facebook, Twitter, Deviant Art, and Youtube for the video.  Check back here on Wednesday for the first Lon Lon Ranch/Hyrule Field photo! Thank you all for your endless patience! We hope that it was worth the wait.
